• Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, including via the cookie-preferences control.

Please tell us which right you wish to exercise and include enough information for us to identify you and locate your data. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, to protect your data.

Our response

We will respond within one month of receiving a valid request. This may be extended by up to two further months for complex or numerous requests, in which case we will tell you. Requests are normally free; we may charge a reasonable fee or decline only where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Right to complain

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to a supervisory authority:
